DJ's dodgy deals!

Well I buy from e-bay sometimes. I always try to deal fairly and honestly. Several months ago, I was getting payments deposited into my paypal account intended for another seller, and I sent all the payments to about five individuals back!! (some say I was foolish, but we'll see) but, I needed some glucose testing strips. I can't at present get them on prescription and to buy new from a pharmacy can cost an arm and a leg. So, I saw some new still boxed ones on e-bay for my glucose monitor model, and went ahead and bought them as they were much less expensive than regular prices. They came this morning. And this vial of 50 glucose strips was someones prescription! YIKES! As they had the person who they were intended for name on it, along with the name of the dispensing chemist, as do all our dispensed prescriptions! I feel kind of guilty, tho I bought them in good faith! And they are exactly as described by the selller. But somehow, someone selling presciption medicines, which they got for free, (diabetes is one of the conditions which allows for free prescriptions in the UK) seems unethical to be making money on our already straining at the seams health service! If they had taken them back to the chemist, they could have reused them seeing as they are unopened. But, its a nice little earner or side line for folks who may have no qualms about making money off the back of our health service. Meanwhile I'm left with my vial of glucose strips, knowing I bought them in good faith, yet somehow feeling a bit guilty too.
