Odds and Bod's
Well, technology has never daunted me. Fortunately so. But my new fad is sticky notes. Not puterized ones, just your bog standard write on with a pen sticky post-it notes. You scribble a note, and then spend an hour trying to decipher two words cos one is so used to typing rather than writing, ones handwriting skills, have gone completely to pot! Ain't technology wonderful?
But on another note, (no pun intended) I have come across a few kewl new proggies lately. The first one is not free, but it relates to the note theme, and a friend seems to like it, and if like her, you can pick up a used copy of it, it seems to be pretty good production wise. i am downloading a trial version even as I type, to see if I feel its worth my time looking around for a used copy afterwards. One Note
Another very kewl proggie I have got and like enormously, and tis FREE (always a bonus) is the Copernic search agent, which is much more specific search oriented than googling your query. And it can run independantly as a programme menu item, and be integrated into ones browser.
And another kewl FREE utility I recently came across is Clocx where if you are like me, and find it hard to keep track of time, keep appts, or even be sure what day of the flippin' week it is, then this is kewl too. You can even set an alarm so that why you are asleep, or out, at a certain time it will shut down your PC.
