Sometimes, I think one seeks to look back a little like Lot's wife, and we too can be turned to pillars of salt, in that we are paralyzed with emotion by what has gone before. This seems to be a never ending recurring thing to me at least. And was ponderizing a while ago, how often through circumstances in every day life, we can feel almost on auto-pilot. No or very little sleep, the same for food, and other human needs. And yet, if the Spiritual food is there, we survive. But you know when you have a phrase, come into your head, and you wonder if a song has been named after that?
